ANTENATAL SESSION
Preparation for breastfeeding or chestfeeding

There is no better time to talk about breastfeeding or than before your baby arrives.
What have you heard about breastfeeding? Do you have any particular concerns?
Perhaps you have had a previous experience that did not go well, I can explore this
with you and together we can develop a plan to ensure the best start to breastfeeding
this time round. We can explore your expectations, fears and goals.

We can talk about the reality, how to get off to the best start and what to do should you encounter any issues.

We will cover:

The properties of breastmilk and how milk is made
What to expect in the early days
Position and latch
Common challenges and how to overcome them
How to know your baby is getting enough milk
Any questions you may have!

Includes notes, resources and a week for any follow-up questions.

(Generally lasting 1½ to 2 hours)

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

I provide postnatal and antenatal sessions via video conferencing (Zoom). I will take a full history of your pregnancy, birth and feeding journey. I will assess your current situation and observe a feed. I will then work with you to put together a management plan that suits your individual needs. This includes one week's unlimited phone and email follow-up.
(Generally lasting 1 - 1½ hours)

POSTNATAL SESSIONS
PLEASE NOTE: I am not currently seeing people in person, however I offer virtual sessions. I work in tele-health and have years of experience of supporting people virtually.

I will take a full history of your pregnancy, birth and feeding journey. I will assess your current situation and observe a feed. I will then work with you to put together a management plan that suits your individual needs. This includes one week's unlimited phone and email follow-up.

I offer services on a sliding scale of payment, according to family size and income level. Please contact me for details.

Mileage charges @ 50 pence per mile apply outside of a 10 mile radius.
I would be grateful if home visits are paid for at the end of each session.
