NORMAL COURSE OF BREASTFEEDING

• Dr Jack Newman is a world renowned breastfeeding specialist and his website is full of some excellent articles and videos.

• This is clip is on the Breastfeeding Made Simple website, the website has some useful information too.

• Biological nurturing/laid back breastfeeding is an approach to positioning which we have seen excellent results in when a baby is having problems latching well or unable to latch.

• The exaggerated latch technique can help babies who are not opening their mouth wide enough to latch effectively.
